May Day Celebration - All are Invited!Greetings in Jesus Name, The Pamunkey Baptist Association is sponsoring their annual 'May Day' celebration on May 19, 2007 at 10:00 AM. Location is on King William Road (route 30) across from the soccer fields of Hamilton-Holmes Middle School on route 30 [traveling towards King William County Court House], approximately 6 &1/2 miles from the intersection of route 360 (Mechanicsville / Richmond-Tappahannock Turnpike) & route 30 (King William Road) @ Central Garage. Note: A Fas-Mart and 7-11 convenience store is located at the intersection of rte. 360 & rte. 30 @ Central Garage. The public is invited, but we have a special request from the Festival Committee for the participation of the "Motorcycle Community". All Motorcycle Ministry Groups are invited to attend and share the Word of God and demonstrate how God is using your group to spread the message of the Gospel. The community is interested in knowing how your Ministry Group shares the Word of God with the Motorcycle Community. It would be a blessing if three or more representatives from each Ministry Group or Motorcycle Club could attend. If you are able to attend please bring your tents, tables and booth set-ups to demonstrate to the community the vital work God is accomplishing through the various Motorcycle Ministries in the area. Bring your motorcycles to participate in the parade at 10:00 AM and be sure to wear your vest with group colors. This is a community family event and all are invited. Food, drinks and many activities for the family will be available. Set-up time: 8:45 AM - 9:30 AM to set up your tents and display tables [if you bring them], this is not required for your participation. 9:30 AM to line up the Motorcycles for the Festival Parade. The length of time that you participate in this event will be decided by your group. If you wish to stay two hours or six hours it is your choice and will be a blessing to the community. Come to share the word of God with those who want to know and the fellowship of the community that are coming to meet you.
