Jan - West Virginia Biker

A West Virginian by birth, I have worked for several weekly newspapers over the years, as either an editor or an investigative reporter. Grew tired of all the stress and deadlines, so became self-employed a few years ago. Making a complete turn-around in interests, I'm now owner of Hawk Mountain Trading, where I purchase fur, roots and non-ferrous metals, and sell trapping supplies. I am also an amatuer web designer, and maintain the West Virginia Bikers website.

The restoration of the Triumph has been an ongoing experience. Each time I thought it was complete, it seemed that something else broke. It's been the learning experience of a lifetime. In my spare time I enjoy kayaking and riding dirt bikes.
